Description

 Slite 200 RGB is a compact gel documentation system with user-friendly features of easy operation and quick response when in wifi environment under standalone condition. This imaging system consists of a scientific CCD camera, motor driven lens, 535nm, 595 nm, and 665 nm filters, and RGB light illuminator. The chemifluorescence stains such as Cy2, Cy 3, Cy5, Alexa 488, Alexa 546, Alexa 647, SYPRO Ruby, SYBR Green I/II, SYBR Safe, Midori Green, and Ecodye, etc...excited by blue, red, and green lights can easily be observed and be captured by Slite 200 RGB.  Along with the unique three-color Colorfluor RGB illuminator, Slite 200 RGB is also compatible with UV transilluminator that Slite 200 W carries.  And the UV transilluminator product from Slite 200 W is optional. 
Followed the design concept of a single, independent workstation with a single all-in-one processor embedded inside, Slite 200 RGB does not require any extra desktop computer to operate the system on. The 8” built-in touch screen LCD panel that Slite 200 RGB possesses can directly handle the image data without any difficulty. Moreover, smart user’s interface and vivid icons Slite 200 RGB carries can rapidly capture gel images with high accuracy. With the use of Slite 200 RGB, you will enjoy a worry-free experience in collecting the gel imaging data while conducting some advanced chemilfuorescence staining related experiments in your research.

Application
Three light sources equipped Slite 200RGB are red, green, and blue LED lights.  Thus, wide range of color fluorescence applications may be processed through light source excitations:

1.Red light applications:  Alexa™ 647, Alexa™ 660, allophycocyanin, cy5, TO-PRO™-3, etc….
2.Green light applications:  :  Alexa™ 546, Alexa™ 555, Alexa™ 568, cy3, Nile red, Rhodamine B, TRITC, etc….
3. Blue light applications: :  Alexa™ 488, cy2, SYBR Safe, SYBR Green, SYBR Gold, SYPRO Ruby, FITC, ethidium bromide, etc….

Note: Slite200RGB has higher sensitivity in RGB illumination than that in traditional UV transiliminator. Its image quality is the same as that scanned by a laser scanner.
