• All bands are approximately of equal intensity.

Storage Buffer: 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0 at 22°C), 1 mM EDTA, dye.

Loading: The recommended amount of size marker to load on a gel is 5 µl per lane. Mix well after thawing.
