LABGENE -8C/LABGENE -8C2 is an Isothermal fluorescence PCR instrument, compact, lightweight, low cost, stand-alone, sensitive, suitable for field-based and point-of-care diagnostic applications.
LABGENE -8C/LABGENE -8C2 is a portable instrument that provides a measurement of one fluorophore /two fluorophores, respectively. Both models have been designed to run any isothermal amplification method that employs target detection by fluorescence measurement like LAMP (Loop-mediated isothermal amplification ). They have low power requirements and include a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery that can keep the system running for up to 5 hours. LABGENE -8C/LABGENE -8C2 features a 7 inch touch screen. Real-time temperature and fluorescence data are displayed graphically during a run and the data is stored in the instrument ’slarge internal flash memory. Data can be reviewed at any time after the run has
finished , it can also be uploaded to a PC or an Android mobile via USB link or WI-FI.
